INGREDIENTS
Cellulose (Plant Origin), Croscarmellose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose Coating, Mannitol.DIRECTIONS
For adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably with meals or as desired.WARNING
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women.Avoid this product if you are sensitive to iodine. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, diabetes, heart, thyroid, optic nerve, liver, kidney or gallbladder problems; gastritis, esophageal reflux or ulcer, kidney stones, gout, a blood disorder, sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism, high cholesterol or triglycerides, osteoporosis, vitamin B-12, folate or iron deficiency; anemia, a psychiatric disorder, including depression or schizophrenia; edema, a gastrointestinal disorder, a bleeding disorder, if you plan to have or have had recent surgery or if you are taking chromium supplements or ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS such as birth control pills, blood thinners or daily aspirin.
